Kunden des B2C-Bereiches sind primär Rechtsanwälte, Ärzte, Krankenhäuser, Apotheker, Patienten, Rechtsabteilungen der Krankenkassen, Privatversicherungen und Pharma- und Medizinprodukteunternehmen. Kunden der B2B-Komponente sind beispielsweise Pharmaunternehmen, die Inhalte und Dienstleistungen von MedizinRecht.de der Ärzteschaft auf ihren eigenen Web-Sites kostenlos anbieten. Der Gründer von MedizinRecht.de, Rechtsanwalt Dr. Thomas Schlegel tritt in die Geschäftsführung der FORIS Institut GmbH ein. FORIS AG is taking over the leading German provider of health care legal content and services, MedizinRecht.de. The core area of the site consists in comprehensive data bases of judgments and articles that can be retrieved at a charge. The contents range from medical malpractice liability concerning hospital and panel physicians to the law governing dentists, billing, health care and pharmaceuticals. The contributions are largely prepared by specialized publishing houses (such as the Publishing House for the Law on Medical Practice, the Publishing House of the Insurance Industry, the Institute for Health Care Law and Policy, the Publishing House of German Pharmacists) as well as by specialized attorneys. Customers in the B2C area primarily include lawyers, physicians, pharmacists, patients, legal departments, and private insurance, pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. Customers of the B2B components include, for example, pharmaceutical companies offering content and services from MedizinRecht.de to the medical profession free of charge on their own web sites. The founder of MedizinRecht.de, Attorney Thomas Schlegel, JD, is joining the management of FORIS Institut GmbH.
