The FORTEC Elektronik AG listed at stock exchange since 1990 again in its
26 years achieved positive results and according to latest company
information, profit per share in BY 2015/16 increased from 63 Cent to now
EUR 1.20.
Turnover in BY 2015/16 (01.07.2015 - 30.06.2016) was 78.2 million EUR
compared to 45.9 million EUR last year.
The profit before tax (EBIT) was 4.9 million EUR (prev.year 2.5 million
EUR); this increase is mainly based on the participation of Data Display
purchased by 100% per 01.01.2016.
The group's year's result after tax of 3.56 million EUR clearly topped that
of last year of 1.87 million EUR.
Due to the considerably increased year's net income, the Board of Directors
suggests a raised dividend payment of 60 Cent per share. The annual
shareholders' meeting is on February 16, 2017.
