Correction of our announcement of 1 December 2008

On November 28, 2008, Invesco Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany,
ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on November 11, 2008  and now amount to 4.9949% (this
corresponds to 734,250 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.9949% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
734,250 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
