Correction of our Annoucement of 12 September 2007

On July 23, 2007, Invesco Fund Managers Limited, London, United Kingdom has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany,
ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 17, 2007  and now amount to 3.9366% (this corresponds to
578,687 Voting Rights.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.9366%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 578,687 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
