On July 01, 2011, Oddo et Cie, Paris, France has informed us according to
sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on April 30, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 4.10% (this corresponds to 603,409 voting rights).
This crossing of threshold follows the merger of Orsay Asset Management
into Oddo Asset Management dated April 30, 2011.
Of these voting rights 4.10% (this corresponds to 603,409 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Oddo et Cie pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1,
no. 6 sent. 2 of the WpHG.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to Oddo et Cie are held via the
following company which is controlled by Oddo et Cie and which holdings of
voting rights amount to 3% or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG: Oddo
Asset Management.
