Correction of our annoucement of May 4, 2012
On May 02, 2012, Amiral Gestion, Paris, France has informed us according to
sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have fallen below the
threshold of 10% of the voting rights on April 27, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 9.00% (this corresponds to 1,454,600 voting rights).
According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 9.00% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1,454,600 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Amiral Gestion.
