Düsseldorf, Germany has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG,
Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights
on September 20, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.28% (this corresponds
to 530,000 voting rights).
