On January 18, 2013, ARGOS FUNDS SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed
us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on April 26, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.09% (this corresponds to 500,000 voting rights).
On January 18, 2013, ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA, Meyrin, Switzerland has
informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on April 26, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.09% (this corresponds to 500,000 voting rights).
According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.09% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 500,000 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from ARGOS FUNDS SICAV.
