have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on January 31, 2013 and
on that day amounted to 3.39% (this corresponds to 547,179 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 3.39% (547.179 voting rights) are to be attributed
to SIGNAL IDUNA Allgemeine Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft according to
sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following controlled undertaking,
whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG:
HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.
SIGNAL IDUNA Holding Aktiengesellschaft, Dortmund, Germany has informed us
