para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
voting rights on May 24, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.51% (this
corresponds to 566,882 voting rights).
Tom Hiss has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via
shares his voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on May 24,
2013 and on that day amounted to 3.51% (this corresponds to 566,882 voting
rights).
According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 3.51% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 566,882 voting rights) are to be
attributed to him from Ludic GmbH.
