Annual General Meeting elects new Supervisory Board member
Birkenwerder, 27 June 2013. Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder,
(ISIN DE000FPH9000) (also referred to hereafter as FP) announces that
Mr Botho Oppermann has been elected as a new member of the Supervisory
Board at the Annual General Meeting today after the additional nomination
put forward by shareholders obtained the required majority.
The Supervisory Board's proposal to elect Dr Claus Gerckens, which was
published with the Annual General Meeting agenda on 17 May 2013, was not
accepted by the Annual General Meeting.
In the Supervisory Board meeting held immediately after the Annual General
Meeting, Mr Robert Feldmeier was appointed as Deputy Chairman by the
Supervisory Board.
