ARGOS FUNDS SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us according to sec.
21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the voting rights on April 1, 2014 and on that day amounted to
5.2% (this corresponds to 840,000 voting rights).
ARGOS INVESTMENT MANAGERS SA, Meyrin, Switzerland has informed us according
to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the voting rights on April 1, 2014 and on that day amounted to
5.2% (this corresponds to 840,000 voting rights). According to sec. 22,
para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.2% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 840,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company
from ARGOS FUNDS SICAV.
