Correction of the announcement according to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG on June
18, 2014
Mr Thomas Lange, Germany has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
that via shares his voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding
AG,Birkenwerder, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting
rightson June 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.61% (this corresponds
to 600,000 voting rights).
3.61% of the voting rights (600.000 voting rights) has to be attributed to
Mr Thomas Lange according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Attributed
voting rights are held via the following shareholders, whose holdings of
voting rights amount to 3% or more in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG: Axel
Sven Springer.
Mr Thomas Lange also informed us that he is only authorised to exercise
this voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG on June 19, 2014 according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with sec. 22 para. 4 WpHG. After the Annual General Meeting
the total voting interest of Mr Thomas Lange amounts to 0% (0 voting
rights).
