On June 12, 2013, the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, has informed us on
behalf of the State of Norway according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
11, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 3863574
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3863574 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Norway from Norges Bank (the Central Bank of
Norway).
