ISIN: DE0005785802, WKN: 578580, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on March 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.09% (this
corresponds to 9136678 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.09% of
