- Share buy-back - 1st Interim Report
In the period from 11 December 2017 until and including 15 December 2017, a
total of 438,575 shares were repurchased within the framework of the share
buy-back programme of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ('Fresenius
Medical Care'), which was announced on 8 December 2017 pursuant to Article
5 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 2 (1) of Delegated
Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.

The total volume of shares repurchased within the framework of this share
buy-back in the period from 11 December until and including 15 December

The purchase of shares of Fresenius Medical Care within the framework of
the share buy-back programme was carried out exclusively on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange via the XETRA trading platform by a credit institution
commissioned by Fresenius Medical Care.
