1 and Section 41 (2) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) regarding
publications on April 19, 2002, May 20, 2005 and on January 20, 2007 in the
Börsen-Zeitung
On November 10, 2010, Dr. Karl Schneider, Germany, notified us of the
following:
I hereby withdraw the notification of the status report for the
shareholding in Fresenius SE (formerly Fresenius AG) pursuant to section 41
(2) sent. 1 and section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) as of April 1, 2002 and the notification of voting rights with
regard to falling below the 75% voting right threshold pursuant to section
21 (1) in connection with section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG of March 18,
2005.
On November 10, 2010, Dr. Dieter Schenk, Germany, notified us of the
following:
I hereby withdraw the notification of voting rights in Fresenius SE
(formerly Fresenius AG) with regard to falling below the 75% voting right
threshold pursuant to section 21 (1) in connection with section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG of March 18, 2005.
On November 10, 2010, Winfried Baranowski, Germany, notified us of the
following:
I hereby withdraw the notification of voting rights in Fresenius SE
(formerly Fresenius AG) with regard to exceeding the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30% and 50% voting right thresholds pursuant to section 21 (1) in
connection with section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG, of January 4, 2007.
