their percentage holding of the voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA,
Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, ISIN:
DE0005785604, crossed below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.36%
(equivalent to 3,840,708 voting rights) both in relation to the total
number of voting rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares
of the same share class.
The voting rights in the amount of 2.36% (equivalent to 3,840,708 voting
rights) are entirely attributable to Artio Global Investors Inc. pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 2 WpHG.
Artio Global Holdings LLC, with its registered office in New York, USA has
notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 28 January 2011
their percentage holding of the voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA,
Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, ISIN:
DE0005785604, crossed below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.36%
(equivalent to 3,840,708 voting rights) both in relation to the total
number of voting rights of the issuer and in relation to all voting shares
of the same share class.
