Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, exceede the
threshold of 3% on June 11, 2014, and amounts to 3.09% (equivalent to
5,558,376 voting rights) as per this date. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2
WpHG.
2. BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., with its registered office in
St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, has notified us pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG that their percentage of voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co.
KGaA, Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on June 11, 2014, and amounts to 3.09% (equivalent
5,558,376 voting rights) as per this date. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P. pursuant to section
