according to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG regarding ordinary shares of
Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA (DE0005785604), published on February 17, 2016,
with respect to crossing below a threshold on February 10, 2016. On this
day no notifiable threshold was reached, nor crossed above or below.
