Total Voting Rights Announcement according to Article 26a of the WpHG, transmitted by

Due to the re-division of the nominal capital (share split in the ratio of
1:3, triplication of the number of shares) the number of voting rights has
been tripled accordingly. At the end of the month June 2011 the number of
voting rights amounts to a total of 35,490,000 voting rights.
The change of the number of voting rights is effective as of June 30, 2011.
