GEA Group AG: Hartmut Eberlein to become new GEA Group CFO

The company’s Supervisory Board passed this resolution at a meeting today. Hartmut Eberlein will succeed Peter Steiner who joined the Executive Board of mg technologies ag, now GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, on March 1, 2004. Mr Steiner is leaving the company by mutual agreement with effect from December 31, 2005 to pursue new interests.
