fell below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.97% (9,564,447 voting
rights) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
2. On January 18, 2013, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY,
USA informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG as follows:
On January 16, 2013, the voting interest held by BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, NY, USA, in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft,
Düsseldorf, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.97%
