GEA closes aquisition of Comas

Düsseldorf, June 19, 2015 – GEA successfully concluded the acquisition of Comas, headquartered in Torrebelvicino, Italy. With the acquisition of Comas, GEA has added to its group a leading supplier of demanding industrial processing equipment and solutions in the cake and pastry industry in Europe.
