The Company was notified on 31 October 2018, that Hartford Corporate Limited, a company owned and controlled by Melissa Sturgess, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.4501 pence per share.
Following this transaction Melissa Sturgess and her immediate family have a beneficial interest in 48,312,222 ordinary shares.
