Recently Adopted Accounting Standards	Recently Adopted Accounting Standards In July 2013, amended accounting guidance was issued regarding the financial statement presentation of an unrecognized tax benefit when a net operating loss carryforward, a similar tax loss or a tax credit carryforward exists. The adoption of this standard on January 1, 2014 did not have a material effect on the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
