For the three and nine months ended September 26, 2020, the Company had 0.4 million and 0.5 million stock

options, respectively,

that were antidilutive due to having higher exercise prices than the Company’s average stock price during the period. For both the three and nine months ended September 28, 2019, the Company had 0.1 million stock options that were antidilutive. These securities were not included in the computation of diluted EPS. The effect of dilutive securities was calculated using the treasury stock method.
