Subsequent Events	14 Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated for the occurrence of subsequent events through the issuance date of the Company’s consolidated financial statements. No other recognized or non-recognized subsequent events occurred that require recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements, except as noted below. The Company has executed a settlement agreement to resolve patent infringement litigation with Bruker Corporation and Bruker Daltronik GmbH regarding their timsTOF product line. In connection with that settlement, the Company will receive $10 million in guaranteed payments, including minimum royalty payments, which will be recognized within other income in our consolidated statement of operations in the second quarter of  2021.
