Litigation	11 Litigation From time to time, the Company and its subsidiaries are involved in various litigation matters arising in the ordinary course of business. The Company believes it has meritorious arguments in its current litigation matters and believes any outcome, either individually or in the aggregate, will not be material to the Company’s financial position, results of operations or cash flows. During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company executed a settlement agreement to resolve patent infringement litigation with Bruker Corporation and Bruker Daltronik GmbH regarding their timsTOF product line. In connection with the settlement, the Company is entitled to receive $ 10 million in guaranteed payments, including minimum royalty payments, which was recognized within other income (expense), net in the consolidated statement of operations for the year ended December 31, 2021. During the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, the Company received $2 million, $1 million and $ 3 million, respectively, in guaranteed payments, net of applicable withholding taxes. The Company also recorded a litigation provision of $ 5 million during the year ended December 31, 2021, related to a legal settlement.
