Note 12. Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one operating segment that develops and provides high performance server solutions based upon an innovative, modular and open-standard architecture. The Company's chief operating decision maker is the Chief Executive Officer.

International net sales are based on the country to which the products were shipped. The following is a summary for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, of net sales by geographic region (in thousands):

Subsystems and accessories are comprised of serverboards, chassis and accessories. Server systems constitute an assembly of subsystems and accessories done by the Company. No customer represented greater than 10% of the Company's total net sales nor did net sales in any country other than the United States represent greater than 10% of the Company's total net sales in the three and nine months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011. One customer accounted for 11.5% of the Company's accounts receivable as of March 31, 2012 and no customer accounted for 10% or more of the Company's accounts receivable as of June 30, 2011.
