RB 7/2023 Closing of the transaction to sell KFC business inRussia;AmRest Holdings, SE ("AmRest", the "Company") issues thestatement of inside information concerning closing of the transaction tosell the KFC business in Russia.;Further to the inside informationcommunication dated 27 February 2023 with registration number RB 2/2023,in relation to the agreement entered into between AmRest's subsidiariesAmRest Sp. z o.o. and AmRest Acquisition Limited and Smart Service NordLtd.
