Damit hält GFT 100 Prozent der Offenbacher New Media Agentur, die auf Human Computer Interface Design (HCID) spezialisiert ist. Finanziert wird die Übernahme ausschließlich mit Aktien. Prof. Wolfgang Henseler und Felix Neuland, bisherige Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer von Pixel Factory, wechseln als Director Design bzw. Director Frontend Technologies in die GFT Technologies AG und berichten an den designierten Vorstand Dr. Thomas Gumsheimer. Geschäftsführer von Pixel Factory wird Uwe Nölke, der bisher als Director Business Development die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Mutter- und Tocherunternehmen wahrnahm. _________________________ENGLISH_______________________________ GFT increases its holding in Pixel Factory to 100 per cent Area of expertise, Digital Design, will be fully integrated GFT Technologies AG, one of Europe’s leading Interactive Integration Architects, is pushing the process of integration forward and increasing its 51 per cent share in Pixel Factory Multi-Media Produktionsgesellschaft mbH by an additional 49 per cent. GFT will thereby hold 100 per cent of the new media agency based in Offenbach which specialises in Human Computer Interface Design (HCID). The acquisition will be financed exclusively with shares. Prof. Wolfgang Henseler and Felix Neuland, previously shareholders and Managing Directors of Pixel Factory, are moving to GFT Technologies AG as Director Design and Director of Frontend Technologies and will report to the designated Member of the Executive Board Dr Thomas Gumsheimer. Uwe Nölke, who previously looked after the interaction between the parent company and the subsidiary as Director of Business Development, will become Pixel Factory’s Managing Director.
