Trading Act
In accordance with section 21(1) German Securities Trading Act, LBBW Asset
Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Germany, notified us on
30 October 2013 that its share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on 25
October 2013 and reached 5.002% (this corresponds to 1,316,730 of a total
of 26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 4.91% (1,291,730 voting rights) are to be
attributed to LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders, whose share of voting rights
in GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, in each case, is 3% or more, are
attributed to LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH:
