June 2014 that their share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 3 % threshold on 5
June 2014 and reached 3.03 % (this corresponds to 796,756 of a total of
26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
