August 2014 that their share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 3 % threshold on 4
August 2014 and reached 3.02 % (this corresponds to 795,348 of a total of
26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 3.02 % (795,348 voting rights) are to be attributed
