Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, United Kingdom, notified us on 25
March 2015 that their share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 3 % threshold on 23
March 2015 and reached 3.04 % (this corresponds to 800,519 of a total of
26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 3.04 % (800,519 voting rights) are to be attributed
