2015 that their share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, fell below the 3 % threshold on 5
May 2015 and reached 2.99 % (this corresponds to 787,621 of a total of
26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 2.99 % (787,621 voting rights) are to be attributed
