In accordance with section 21(1) German Securities Trading Act, FIL
Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, notified us that its share of voting rights in
GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 3%
threshold on 14 May 2015 and reached 3.09% (this corre-sponds to 813,301 of
a total of 26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 3.09% (813,301 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders, whose share of voting rights
in GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, in each case, is 3% or more, are
attributed to FIL Limited:
- FIDELITY FUNDS SICAV
In accordance with section 21(1) German Securities Trading Act, FIL
Holdings (UK) Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, notified us that its
share of voting rights in GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on 14 May 2015 and reached 3.09% (this
corresponds to 813,301 of a total of 26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.
Of these voting rights, 3.09% (813,301 voting rights) are to be attributed
to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders, whose share of voting rights
in GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, in each case, is 3% or more, are
attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited:

Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, notified us that
its share of voting rights in GFT Technologies Aktiengesellschaft,
Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on 14 May 2015 and reached
3.09% (this corresponds to 813,301 of a total of 26,325,946 voting rights)
on this day.
