ARQUES Industries AG plans payment of dividend of EUR 1,15 per share

The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. —————————————————————————— ARQUES plans payment of dividend of EUR 1,15 per share Successful financial year 2004 allows increase in payment of around 15% Starnberg April 26, 2005 – At the annual general meeting of the company on 14 July 2005, the executive and supervisory board of the Starnberg-based holding company ARQUES Industries AG (ISIN DE0005156004) will propose the payment of a dividend of EUR 1,15 per share. With 2.026.667 dividend yielding shares, the payment will amount to EUR 2,3 million; an increase in the payment per share of 15% in relation to the previous year. Simultaneously, ARQUES shares value has more than trebled in relation to last year. ARQUES has set itself the goal of offering shareholders an attractive yield in the future. Shareholders can therefore participate in the entrepreneurial success of the company through its shareholder-friendly dividend policy. The profit which is not paid out in dividends, is to be invested into the strong growth planned for the company.
