The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— ARQUES Industries AG admitted to Prime Standard segment Starnberg, June 24, 2005 – The Starnberg-based equity investment company ARQUES Industries AG (ISIN DE0005156004) was today admitted to the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Starting on June 28, 2005, ARQUES will be listed in the Prime Standard segment, thus implementing a resolution adopted at the 2004 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. ARQUES has already met the greater obligations consequential with admission to the Prime Standard segment since the start of 2005, including the preparation of interim reports and publication of all reports relevant to the capital market in English as well as German. The acquisition of a majority stake in Golf House Direktversand GmbH completed on June 21, 2005 will already be included in ARQUES’ consolidated financial statements with effect from June 22, 2005.
