Thus the Executive Board is now complete, with Dr. Dr. Peter Löw (CEO), Dr. Martin Vorderwülbecke (Chief Acquisitions Officer), Markus Zöllner (COO) and Dr. Stefan Gros (CFO). Dr. Gros will take up his duties as of today. Aged 41, Dr. Gros has many years of international experience with listed companies. Since the middle of the nineties, Dr. Gros has held prominent positions in multinational enterprises. His most recent post was as Chief Financial Officer of AGIP Deutschland GmbH and director of Südpetrol AG for the Italy-based ENI Group.
