The listing is to take place in the prime standard. A total of five corporate banks had applied as transaction company. The company value determined by the banks confirms the net asset value determined in the ARQUES annual report 2005. According to the company the preparations are well under way. The change of corporate form to an AG is at the register court for registration. The share issue prospectus is to be published shortly.
