A total of 200,000 new ARQUANA shares are to be issued which will increase the capital stock by EUR 200,000.00 to EUR 2,364,712.00. ARQUANA stated that the new shares will be issued at market price and have a profit authorisation as of January 1, 2006. This capital increase lays the cornerstone for the further growth of the ARQUANA group and will increase the liquidity of the share which has been listed in the regulated market (Prime Standard) since September 20, 2006.
