that they cancel their notification as of April 3rd, 2007 according to § 21
para 1 WpHG and disclosed the following new notifications:
On April 13, 2007, JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. London, United
Kingdom has
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights
on March 30, 2007 and now amount to 5.15% (this corresponds to 1250023
voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG, 5.15% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1250023
voting rights) is to be attributed to the company from JP Morgan Asset
Management UK Limited among others.
On April 13, 2007 , JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting
rights on April 2nd, 2007 and now amount to 5.33% (this corresponds to
1293877 voting rights).
5.33% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1293877 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to article 22, section 1,
sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG.
