Buyer is PRINTEC Investments Ltd. with head office in Birmingham, Great Britain. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. ARQUES had already reduced its share in ARQUANA at the end of 2006 according to plan to below 50% and has since only consolidated the company using the equity method. ARQUES is convinced that this transaction is an important step for the strategic advancement of ARQUANA.
