ARQUES Industries AG: Profit utilization proposal for FY 2007
Starnberg, April 15, 2008 – The Executive and Supervisory Board of ARQUES
Industries AG have decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on July
3, 2008 to retain the profits for fiscal year 2007.
Although successful disposals of subsidiaries in 2008 have brought in
another EUR 40 million cash for ARQUES, the Executive and Supervisory Board
have decided to use existing liquidity to develop and strengthen the
current portfolio of more than EUR 5 billion in revenues. Furthermore there
are interesting acquisition targets where ARQUES can use the uncertain
financial situation of third parties to acquire more interesting
subsidiaries in 2008.
