ARQUES sells shelf company Xerius AG
With effect June 30, 2008 ARQUES Industries AG (ISIN DE005156004) has sold
OTC all shares in the shelf company Xerius AG (ISIN DE0005188304). In
October 2005 ARQUES took over 80 % of the shares of the Xerius AG, which is
listed on the Open Market (Regulated Unofficial Market).
