Munich, May 30, 2010. Contrary to expectations, the transaction affecting
the annual financial statements 2009 has not been closed yet. The ARQUES
Industries AG executive board therefore decided to reschedule the
publication of the annual financial statements 2009, planned for 31.5.2010,
as well as the financial statements for the first quarter 2010. A new date
for the publication will be set shortly.
