München, August 26, 2010. David Hersh and Bernhard Riedel, so far appointed
by court decision, were elected today as members of the supervisory board
by the annual general meeting of ARQUES Industries AG (ISIN DE0005156004).
In addition the annual general meeting elected Dr. Dr. Peter Löw,
Hubertus von Hohenlohe and Professor Dr. Michael Judis as new members of
the supervisory board. In the first meeting with its new members the
supervisory board elected Dr. Dr. Peter Löw as chairman of the supervisory
board and Prof. Dr. Judis as vice chairman of the supervisory board.
