Munich, September 01, 2010. In mutual agreement with the supervisory board,
Michael Hütten resigned as member of the executive board of ARQUES
Industries AG (ISIN: DE0005156004) with effect September 1, 2010.
The supervisory board of ARQUES Industries AG in its meeting today
appointed Maik Brockmann to the executive board of the company.
Maik Brockmann has worked for ARQUES Industries AG in various positions
since 2006 and has longstanding and extensive experience in company
financing and restructuring.
